Benefits

Members share with each other proven practices to minimize potential environmental liabilities. Each meeting includes an “enforcement benchmarking session” where one member discusses (with input from all members) a key practical topic (e.g. individual company’s experiences with the use of federal and state audit/voluntary disclosure policies).

Providing members with a comprehensive analysis of key environmental enforcement activities and judicial decisions, with a particular focus on the likely practical impacts for industry.

Opportunity to engage with senior EPA, DOJ, Administration and key state enforcement officials, which allows the members first-hand knowledge of enforcement trends and developments, as well as an informal means of providing input on key issues.

If you are seeking input, guidance and/or recommendations from members on issues of importance to you or your company, your request can be distributed through the CEEC list serve.

Also, there are opportunities for CLE credit at the four meetings each year.
